I am not taking on any new clients for the academic year 2025/26.

I’d like to wish all students the very best in their studies over the coming year. I will be back and available for tuition again in the academic year 2026/27.

2023 Important Notice for All Customers

I am currently experiencing technical issues with the booking and payment system when sessions are booked through our website. Due to a communication problem between the website host (Squarespace) and the payment provider (Stripe), some payments are erroneously marked as "pending" despite the charge being processed. This results in the funds being withheld without notifying me of your booking.

What does this mean for you?

If you attempt to book a session and receive an error message, even after a payment deduction, please do not panic.

Immediately email me at james@physicstuition.services with a description of the issue. I can then verify the payment on Stripe, accept it, and manually arrange your session.

Please understand this issue does not affect all bookings, and the majority are processed successfully without any problems.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and I am actively working with Squarespace and Stripe to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this time.
