I am an experienced, fully registered Physics teacher based in Stirling, specialising in National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Physics.

Alongside my classroom teaching, I have extensive experience supporting students at every stage of their Physics education, from building confidence with the fundamentals to preparing for demanding Higher and Advanced Higher assessments. I also have national marking experience continue to work with Qualifications Scotland, formerly the SQA, during marking periods.

This involvement gives me valuable first-hand insight into national assessment standards, how marks are awarded and the common mistakes that can prevent students from gaining full credit. I use this experience to help students develop strong problem-solving skills, structure their answers effectively and approach assessments with greater confidence.

Every student learns differently, so I adapt each session to their individual needs. Whether a student requires regular tuition, help with a difficult topic, support after missing part of the course or focused preparation for an upcoming exam, my aim is to provide clear explanations, practical guidance and the support needed to make genuine progress.
